    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1. Cancellation Guidelines

    We understand that plans may change. Below are our cancellation and refund guidelines for all reservations made at Dhairya Farm & Resort.

    2. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

    3+ Days Before Check-in

    Full refund of the booking amount will be processed. Razorpay transaction fees and applicable GST are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Less Than 3 Days Before Check-in

    No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date. The booking can still be cancelled but no amount will be refunded.

    3. Non-Refundable Charges

    The following charges are non-refundable in all cases:

    • Razorpay payment gateway transaction fees (~2% of booking amount)
    • GST on Razorpay transaction fees (18% of the gateway fee)

    These charges are levied by the payment processor and cannot be recovered once the payment is processed.

    4. No-Show Policy

    If a guest fails to check in on the reserved date without any prior cancellation or communication, it will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued in such cases, and the booking will stand cancelled.

    5. Booking Modifications

    • Date change requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 3 days before the original check-in date.
    • Changes to the number of rooms or group size are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing.
    • Any price difference due to modifications must be settled before the updated check-in date.

    6. Group Booking Cancellations

    Group bookings (15 – 100 persons) follow the same cancellation timeline as above. Additional considerations:

    • Partial cancellations (reducing group size) are allowed up to 5 days before check-in, subject to a minimum group size.
    • If the group size falls below the minimum requirement, the group booking rate may no longer apply.

    7. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • You will receive a notification once the refund has been initiated.

    8. Force Majeure

    In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or situations beyond our control, Dhairya Farm & Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled booking will be offered.

    9. How to Cancel

    You can cancel your booking in the following ways:

    Online Self-Service

    Visit our My Booking page, look up your reservation using your phone number or email, and cancel directly. Eligible refunds are processed automatically.
