1. General Terms
By making a reservation at Dhairya Farm & Resort, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors of the resort. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting our reservation team directly.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway (Cashfree).
- Room bookings are priced at ₹7,000 per room per night and accommodate 2 Adults + 2 Children.
- Group bookings are available for 10 to 35 persons at ₹1,500 per person, including 3 AC Bedrooms, Hall, Kitchen, Private Big Pool, and Villa with private external pool.
- Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 5:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 3:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Failure to check in on the reserved date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
4. Meal Timings
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
- Morning Tea: 10:30 AM
- Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- High Tea: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
All meals are pure vegetarian, offering authentic home-style Gujarati taste. Meal timings are subject to seasonal adjustments.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and designated non-smoking zones.
- Guests must comply with all safety regulations, especially around the swimming pool area.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior arrangement has been made.
- The resort is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
6. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through the Cashfree payment gateway.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Any additional services during your stay will be billed separately.
7. Cancellation & Refunds

8. Limitation of Liability
Dhairya Farm & Resort shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, facilities, or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific booking in question.
